Job summary

InstaCreative India is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to deliver exceptional customer service at a luxury property. You will manage guest requests, coordinate with departments, and maintain professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong English communication, optional Arabic, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma is required, hospitality studies are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process.
• Handle all guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events to provide recommendations to guests.
• Ensure that all guest complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests.
• Assist in conducting regular property inspections to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Monitor inventory levels of guest amenities and request restocking when necessary.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and special requests as needed.
• Uphold our company's policies and procedures at all times.
