Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, ideally luxury hotels.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities and local attractions to provide recommendations and assistance to guests.
• Manage reservations for hotel amenities such as dining, spa services and transportation.
• Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the hotel system.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are properly prepared for guest arrival.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment for both guests and employees.
