Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as Guest Relations Executive or similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or premium restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian or other European languages is an advantage.
• Experience working within a multicultural team environment.
• Energetic, polished, and service-oriented with a passion for luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized welcome to every guest and ensure their comfort throughout the dining experience.
• Manage reservations and VIP bookings with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings to confidently recommend dishes.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
• Address guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
