Job summary

InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to warmly welcome residents and guests, delivering personalized service that aligns with InterContinental standards and luxury expectations.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security to ensure seamless experiences, handle inquiries, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to high satisfaction and loyalty across residence facilities and amenities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Experience/Guest Relations or similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and luxury standards.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work as a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel PMS is advantageous.
• Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Deliver exceptional guest service per InterContinental standards.
• Assist with inquiries about residence facilities, services, and amenities.
• Build relationships with residents and anticipate their needs.
• Handle feedback, concerns, and complaints with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments.
• Assist with arrivals, departures, and special arrangements.
• Support VIP arrivals and personalized experiences.
• Maintain guest privacy and security per hotel policy.
