Fairmont The Palm is seeking a dedicated Telephone Operator to consistently deliver professional, friendly service to guests. You will manage external and internal calls, process emails, and promptly escalate or resolve guest requests in line with hotel standards.

The role requires Arabic fluency, strong guest services skills, and experience as a Telephone Operator. English proficiency is essential, with Opera PMS knowledge considered a plus for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Arabic fluency in speaking and writing.
• Previous experience as a Telephone Operator.
• Strong guest service skills and excellent verbal communication.
• Computer literacy; Opera PMS knowledge is a plus.
• Highly organized, able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; second language preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle external and internal calls and emails promptly and courteously.
• Transcribe messages and ensure follow-up with guests.
• Dispatch requests to the correct department.
• Maintain and update the Royal Service and PMS systems.
• Provide information to guests about hotel services and promotions.
• Follow safety policies and service standards.
