Job summary

Caliberly in the UAE seeks a Warehouse / Operations Executive to manage daily warehouse operations at the SAIF Zone facility in Sharjah, coordinating orders, deliveries, stock and returns for local and export shipments. Close collaboration with 3PL partners is essential.

You will arrange local deliveries, monitor exports, handle stock reconciliation in systems using Excel, and manage returns with Production for resolutions. On-site work required.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Experience with SAIF Zone or similar free zone documentation is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for stock reconciliation and reporting.
• Good communication with Sales, Accounts, Production and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 3PL partners and day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Receive orders, pick goods, and arrange local deliveries and POD sharing.
• Monitor export shipments and manage free zone documentation end-to-end.
• Manage stock reconciliation and provide daily stock updates.
• Handle returns and liaise with Production for resolutions.
