Job summary

Mileo, The Palm in Dubai is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to create a smooth, memorable experience for guests from arrival to departure.

Join Mileo The Palm and help deliver genuine care on Palm Jumeirah’s West Beach, coordinating with Housekeeping and Reservations to meet guest needs, handling check-ins, check-outs, and payments.

Experience in upscale hotels and hands-on knowledge of Opera PMS are preferred; additional languages are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk experience in upscale or luxury hotels.
• Hands-on knowledge of the OPERA property management system.
• Excellent English communication and guest services skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay confident during busy shifts.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Additional languages are an advantage.
