Job summary

The Arts Club Dubai is seeking a guest-focused service professional to manage bar and beverage service across allocated shifts. You will ensure accurate order input, create memorable guest experiences, and collaborate with kitchen and beverage teams to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in luxury hotels or fine dining, excellent English, and a passion for cocktails. The role requires long shifts and strong teamwork in a prestigious setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent team management, communication and listening skills.
• Demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Run a station during allocated schedule, take orders and input in POS.
• Promote sales and build relationships with members and guests.
• Liaise with kitchen on orders, stock levels and special requests.
• Upsell cocktails, wine, sake and other beverages with Bar/Sommelier teams.
• Handle minor complaints professionally and courteously.
• Ensure crockery and equipment are prepared and available.
• Minimise food and beverage wastage.
• Keep Lounge area clean and presentable during opening hours.
• Complete opening and closing duties daily.
