Job summary

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is seeking a Full Time, non-management team member to support food and beverage service at Nation Tower. You will assist with guest requests, deliver orders from kitchen to table, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of service while upholding St. Regis standards.

Preferred candidates have about 2 years’ luxury hotel experience, ideally in a Coffee Lounge; a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction will help you thrive in our world of bespoke service.

Qualifications

• 2 years related work experience in a luxury hotel (preferably Coffee Lounge).
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to assist with food and beverage service and operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage needs and guest requests.
• Deliver food from kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas.
• Greet guests and inform them about specials and menu items.
