Job summary

Limitless Recruitment is seeking an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai, UAE. The role requires extensive F&B operations leadership across multiple outlets and a track record of driving guest experiences, team performance and commercial results.

The ideal candidate has GCC experience, senior F&B director experience in ultra-luxury properties, fluency in English and an additional European language, and strong financial, regulatory and SOP

Qualifications

• Must have prior F&B Director experience in large 5-star ultra-luxury hotels or resorts.
• GCC experience is mandatory and highly preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) plus an additional European language.
• Extensive operational oversight of multiple F&B outlets and diverse dining concepts.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L management and cost control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop large multicultural F&B teams across outlets.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, average spend and outlet performance.
• Develop and implement SOPs, service standards and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

We are looking for an experienced hospitality leader with a strong luxury hotel background extensive F amp B operational expertise and the ability to drive exceptional guest experiences team performance and commercial results.

MANDATORY ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as F amp B Director in a large 5-star ultra luxury hotels or resorts is essential
• Previous GCC experience is mandatory
• A strong career background within 5-star ultra luxury hotels or resorts
• Fluency in English both written and spoken plus an additional European language
• Extensive operational experience overseeing multiple F amp B outlets and diverse dining concepts
• Proven ability to lead develop and motivate large multicultural F amp B teams
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting forecasting P amp L management and cost control
• Experience driving revenue growth profitability average spend and overall outlet performance
• Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards guest satisfaction VIP dining and service recovery
