Ennismore in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our luxury hospitality team. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, maintain impeccable grooming, and engage with guests to anticipate needs.

The role requires 1–2 years in fine dining, fluency in English, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays. Training and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grooming standards at all times.
• Exceed guest satisfaction by anticipating preferences and updating profiles.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the restaurant menu and daily specials.
• Be familiar with beverage service including glassware and garnishes.
• Follow opening/closing checklists for smooth service.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items professionally.
