Atlantis The Royal stands at the intersection of luxury hospitality and bold visual storytelling. The Creative Manager - Video and Motion Design will personally develop high-quality video content, motion graphics, social videos, and brand storytelling across Atlantis Dubai properties including Atlantis The Royal and The Palm.

The role requires advanced Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects skills, a strong sense of narrative pacing, typography, sound design, and the ability to lead projects while

Formación

• Strong professional experience in video editing and motion design.
• Hands-on production from concept through final output.
• Experience leading creative projects and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop concepts and execute video and motion projects across Atlantis Dubai portfolio.
• Edit brand films, campaign content, social videos, and short-form assets.
• Lead projects from brief through concept, editing, motion design, sound, and delivery.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and design-led visuals.
• Shape narratives through shot selection, pacing, music, and visual rhythm.
• Adapt video content for multiple platforms and formats while preserving brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing to translate campaigns into assets.
• Mentor junior creatives and maintain hands-on involvement.
