Role Context
The Creative Manager will shape moving-image content across Atlantis The Royal, Atlantis, The Palm, Aquaventure World, restaurants, bars, and other guest experiences. The position sits at the intersection of creative leadership and hands-on production, requiring someone who can originate an idea, build the visual direction, edit the footage, create motion graphics, refine sound, and deliver polished final assets without stepping away from execution. Because the portfolio spans luxury hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle, entertainment, family, and high-energy consumer brands, the role demands exceptional range. Each project must retain its own character while meeting a consistently high creative standard and supporting wider marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and personally execute video and motion projects across the Atlantis Dubai portfolio.
- Edit brand films, campaign content, social videos, short-form assets, promotional content, and other moving-image deliverables.
- Take video projects from initial brief through concept development, editing, motion design, sound, refinement, and final delivery.
- Create motion graphics, animated typography, graphic transitions, titles, and other design-led visual elements.
- Shape compelling narratives through thoughtful shot selection, pacing, timing, music, and visual rhythm.
- Use sound design and audio choices to strengthen emotion, storytelling, and overall production quality.
- Adapt video content for multiple platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and audience requirements.
- Preserve the visual identity and creative character of each individual brand when repurposing content.
- Produce work that consistently meets luxury brand, technical, and creative standards.
- Develop treatments, moodboards, creative concepts, and storyboards for campaigns and content projects.
- Apply strong typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy principles within moving-image work.
- Combine graphic design and motion techniques to create cohesive visual storytelling.
- Participate in the creative development of photography, video, and content shoots.
- Support pre-production planning when projects require location, talent, product, restaurant, lifestyle, or experience-based filming.
- Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues to translate campaign objectives into effective creative assets.
- Work with designers, editors, photographers, producers, and other creatives to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Lead assigned creative projects from briefing through final output while maintaining clear deadlines and priorities.
- Review video and motion work produced by other team members and provide practical creative direction.

Ideal Profile
- Exceptional portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced video editing, motion design, storytelling, and visual craft.
- Strong professional experience in a hands‑on video and motion design role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong working knowledge of the wider Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Practical proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Sophisticated understanding of editing rhythm, pacing, shot selection, and narrative structure.
- Strong knowledge of music selection and sound design for moving‑image content.
- Able to build creative ideas from concept rather than simply assembling supplied footage.
