Beno Technologies FZ L.L.C. is seeking a motivated Concierge Team Lead / Supervisor to guide our hotel-based travel desk concierge team and uphold the highest standards of guest service.

You will supervise daily operations, drive sales across yacht charters, luxury car rentals, water experiences, and desert trips, and ensure bookings and inquiries are handled accurately and professionally.

Qualifikationen

• 4–5 years of experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, travel and tourism, guest relations, or a similar customer-facing role.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership position.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hotel-based concierge or travel desk is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales, achieve targets, and motivate a team.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai's luxury hospitality, tourism, and leisure experiences.
• Strong customer service mindset with VIP guests and demanding situations.
• Good organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking or CRM systems.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate concierge agents to hit sales targets and maintain service standards.
• Manage daily operations at hotel concierge desks, ensure staffing and presentation.
• Provide personalized guest recommendations and seamless bookings and arrangements.
• Drive sales of Beno's services, including yacht charters, luxury car rentals, and tours.
• Monitor performance and prepare regular management reports.
• Build strong relationships with hotel partners and frontline teams.
• Train new staff and ensure knowledge of Beno's services, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
