Job summary

AccorHotels in Dubai is seeking a Lounge Manager to oversee the Raffles Club lounge, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction for VIP guests. You will lead a multicultural team, coordinate with kitchen for breakfast to cocktail hours, and maintain guest history and service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting skills, and experience in front office operations. You will conduct regular staff meetings, recruit and develop talent, and uphold OH&S practices across the lounge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism & Hotel Management
• 3-5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years at a supervisory level
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction throughout the guest journey
• Oversee lounge during operating hours
• Coordinate with kitchen on food selection for Breakfast, High Tea and Cocktail Hour
• Meet and greet guests personally
• Maintain repeat guest history system
• Promote hotel facilities and Inter-Hotel sales
• Prepare guest welcome letters and monitor guest feedback
• Handle guest complaints and follow up on actions
• Prepare budgets and control costs for the lounge
• Ensure the entire range of services for the Raffles Club Lounge
• Organize staff meetings and create efficient work/ vacation schedules
• Recruitment planning and induction for new staff; coaching and performance reviews
