The BCD Global is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to support residential real estate sales in Dubai. You will advise investors and end-users, conduct property presentations, and guide clients through the sales process to successful closure.

Develop relationships with brokers, investors and end users, stay informed on Dubai market trends, and maintain CRM records while achieving targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, banking, mortgage sales, wealth management, or related sales-driven industry.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation and closing transactions.
• Existing client portfolio, broker network, investor relationships or strong business development capabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including communities, trends, drivers, off-plan and secondary markets.
• Ability to advise clients on investment opportunities and UAE property acquisition processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, negotiation and customer service skills with a consultative approach.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and leverage personal networks, broker relationships and referral channels to generate qualified sales opportunities and expand client base.
• Proactively identify and engage prospective investors, end-users and channel partners while representing the company at events to drive opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to property presentations, consultations, negotiation, reservation and closure.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market developments to advise clients on investment opportunities and pricing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations while reporting progress to management.
