Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail company.
• 3 to 5 years of luxury fashion retail management and sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive results and to develop people and turnover.
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
• Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.
• Knowledge of fashion luxury markets and trends.
• Excellent appearance and professional presentation.
• Excellent English skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives and develop plans to grow each product category.
• Achieve store sales goals and support strategic projects.
• Develop clientele database and expand client base.
• Manage staff with support from HR; drive motivation and retention.
• Train Sales Advisors on collections and selling techniques.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client communications.
• Oversee HR administration, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Ensure visual guidelines are followed and best sellers are displayed.
• Monitor daily sales reports and product quality; manage stock movements.
• Support reporting to management and offshore teams.
