Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, ideally with 2+ years in a managerial position.
• Demonstrated success in managing boutique teams, clienteling strategies, and luxury sales growth.
• Deep understanding of premium customer behaviors, retail trends, and experiential retailing.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; able to inspire, coach, and challenge teams.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Presentable, articulate, and naturally confident in engaging with high-profile clientele

Responsibilities

• Own the full boutique P&L, including sales targets, budget planning, and cost control
• Drive the overall client journey, ensuring personalized and memorable service experiences
• Lead a team of sales advisors, supervisors, and support staff with clarity and consistency
• Implement brand directives on visual merchandising, store layout, and seasonal presentations
• Analyze sales data, client behavior, and team performance to inform decision-making
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, safety standards, and loss prevention practices
• Act as the key point of contact for internal departments including merchandising, marketing, and training
• Represent the boutique in management meetings, contributing operational insights and team feedback
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, staff development, and customer excellence
