Etoile Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a luxury boutique toward commercial excellence and world-class customer experiences. You will drive CRM initiatives, optimize stock, and guide a high-performing team on daily operations.

Develop staff, coordinate with back office and mall management, ensure merchandising standards, and deliver consistent service to VIP customers while safeguarding brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a luxury retail boutique is essential (min 3 years).
• Strong CRM knowledge and ability to leverage data to enhance client relationships.
• Proven leadership and team coaching skills with a focus on customer experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
