Al Tayer Group’s Vuori store at Mall of Emirates seeks a Store Manager to lead the team, build strong customer relations, and drive revenue while maintaining brand standards. You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, stock control, and exceptional service in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5-7 years experience of successfully running a profitable retail store.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities to drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with key business partners.
• Lead and develop the store team to achieve revenue targets while upholding brand standards.
• Monitor sales performance and stock, optimise visual merchandising and customer experience.
• Ensure health and safety and store operating procedures are followed.
• Provide reports and feedback to Buying/Planning for stock and promotions.
• Drive promotions and brand activities with effective planning and execution.
