Maison Alaïa in Dubai seeks an enthusiastic ambassador dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences while driving boutique sales. You will represent the brand with elegance, uphold the ALAÏA image, and build lasting customer relationships in-store and across communications.

As part of a collaborative team, you will strive to meet monthly targets, develop client books, and ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of service and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Sales driven in line with ALAÏA commercial strategy and sales ceremony
• Reaching monthly store targets with the team
• Increasing average basket in quantity and value (UPT, VPT)
• Developing cross-selling
• Knowing RTW and Accessories construction and vocabulary
• Client service excellence
• Bringing to life the ALAÏA customer experience
• Representing with the highest standards and promoting ALAÏA’s name and image inside the Boutique
• Welcoming Client, in the Boutique, over the phone, by e-mail, according to ALAÏA guidance and standards
• Developing the client book and updating the customer database
