Job summary

Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with a track record in luxury beauty retail. This role involves frequent travel within the UAE and strong collaboration with retail partners and the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in luxury beauty or Sephora-like retail environments.
• Ability to train and motivate store teams and coach makeup artistry.
• Analytical mindset for sales results, forecasts and promotions.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced retail setting and managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales performance across all points of sale within the region.
• In-store sales support and education plans that deliver meaningful brand impact.
• Conduct detailed sales analysis by location and tailor strategies per door.
• Assess brand merchandising for premium representation and alignment.
• Build relationships with retail partner management to drive initiatives and exceed targets.
• Plan and execute high-impact store events reflecting brand standards.
• Adhere to budget guidelines and manage resources effectively.
• Maintain prompt communication with retail partners and the corporate office.
