Job summary

Chalhoub Group, representing L'Occitane en Provence, seeks a Beauty Consultant to deliver exceptional service and drive sales across Dubai locations. You will advise on skincare and fragrances, maintain counter standards, and support stock replenishment and merchandising to meet brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in beauty retail, a passion for skincare, and flexibility to work across Dubai Hills, Mall of the Emirates, and Dubai Mall during November and December.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of beauty retail experience.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer service standards.
• Passion for skincare and fragrance.
• Willingness to support multiple Dubai locations and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty.
• Address customers’ queries about products, prices, availability, and usage.
• Advise customers on products best suited to their needs.
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales and meet/store targets using makeup knowledge.
• Track sell-out targets and generate daily sales reports.
• Participate in achieving incentives.
• Monitor post-launch sales at store level.
• Ensure shelves and counters are merchandised per brand guidelines.
• Manage in-store stock replenishment and stock receipt procedures.
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form.
