DELANO Dubai is seeking a Waiter/Waitress Banquets to deliver exceptional dining and personalised service at luxury banquets, private functions and events. A polished approach and warm personality reflect the hotel's distinctive style.

You will coordinate with banquet teams, maintain impeccable presentation, and ensure guest needs and dietary requests are met with discretion. Previous luxury hospitality experience is preferred, with flexibility for fast-paced events.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Service: Deliver attentive personalised food and beverage service during banquets, private functions and special events.
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Prepare banquet venues according to event specs, including table settings and equipment; reset venues after events.
• Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages professionally following service standards.
• Guest Engagement: Anticipate guest needs and accommodate dietary preferences with professionalism.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with banquet supervisors, kitchen, bar and service teams for smooth operations.
• Service Standards: Maintain impeccable presentation, cleanliness and organisation in line with luxury standards.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to food safety, hygiene and responsible beverage service regulations.
• Operational Support: Replenish stations, manage equipment and support overall event execution.

Job Summary

As a Waiter / Waitress Banquets at DELANO Dubai you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional dining and service experiences during banquets private functions and special events. Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Deliver attentive personalised food and beverage service during banquets private functions and special events ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Prepare banquet venues according to event specifications including table settings service stations and equipment Assist with clearing and resetting venues following events
• Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently following established service standards menus and event requirements
• Guest Engagement: Anticipate guest needs respond promptly to requests and accommodate dietary preferences and special requirements with care and professionalism
• Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with banquet supervisors kitchen bar and service teams to ensure smooth event operations and timely service
• Service Standards: Maintain impeccable presentation cleanliness and organisation throughout the event ensuring consistency with DELANO Dubai s luxury service standards
• Health & Safety: Adhere to all food safety hygiene sanitation and responsible beverage service regulations
• Operational Support: Assist with replenishing service stations managing equipment and supporting the overall execution of banquet functions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Luxury Experience: You have previous experience in a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or premium events environment, with a strong understanding of refined food and beverage service and guest expectations.
• Exceptional Service Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills allow you to connect naturally with guests, anticipate their needs, and deliver attentive, discreet, and personalised service.
• Operational Knowledge: You have a good understanding of banquet operations, food and beverage service standards, table settings, event coordination, and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility & Teamwork: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with colleagues, and adapt effortlessly to different event formats and guest requirements.
• Educational Background: A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
