Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in Banquets, Food & Beverage, or Events Operations within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
• Experience managing large-scale events, weddings, and VIP functions is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events, including conferences, meetings, weddings, gala dinners, corporate functions, and VIP events.
• Ensure all function rooms and event spaces conform to BEOs, hotel standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding, Engineering, Housekeeping, Events, and Sales teams for seamless event execution.
