Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Technical) or equivalent with management training.
• Extensive experience in supervising automotive workshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor monthly work schedules and budgets for the workshop.
• Optimize workshop structure, workflows and job responsibilities for efficiency.
• Ensure timely tool maintenance and supplier coordination for parts.
• Supervise mechanics to uphold quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide product quality feedback to the Technical Support team.
• Advise team leaders on productivity and warranty policy implementation.
• Ensure workshop equipment (car wash, lifts) are maintained.
• Maintain repeat job register and analyze trends for corrective actions.
• Plan yearly leave coverage and replacements for workshop staff.
• Suggest adjustments to standard labor times and recovery charges.
• Motivate staff and develop them for higher roles.
