Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Technical) discipline and management qualification
• 3 years experience of workshop supervision experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and monitoring the workshop schedule and budget.
• Supervise mechanics to ensure processes, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Ensure smooth supply of parts and coordinate with parts department as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and organize maintenance to minimize costs.
• Provide guidance to team leaders and technicians for productivity improvements.
