Job summary

Al-Futtaim Motors in Dubai, representing Lexus, seeks a Receptionist / Customer Reception Host to be the first point of contact for guests. You will warmly welcome customers, identify visit purpose, and guide them to the right department or Service Advisor.

You will coordinate appointments, assist with the customer journey from arrival to departure, handle inquiries and complaints, support a safe, professional reception area and uphold Lexus service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service or related role.
• Experience in reception, automotive service, hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing environments is advantageous.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally when they enter the branch.
• Identify the purpose of each customer's visit and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Guide customers with scheduled appointments to the Service Advisor.
• Ensure every customer receives a professional and courteous farewell when leaving the branch.
• Coordinate customer movements and appointments to ensure smooth service operations.
• Listen to customer concerns and raise them promptly to the Reception Manager.
