• Diploma in Automobile Engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years total relevant experience.
• 1-2 years Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries, check the availability of required parts and organize delivery within prescribed standard time.
• Source parts, if not available in stock, from other locations to meet urgent customer requirements; coordinate with inventory for timely delivery.
• Prepare Sales Return Note for sold items returned by customers; adjust stock and payments accordingly.
• Promote sale of accessories with customers to increase sales and profitability.
• Coordinate promotions/campaigns related to seasonal products and slow-moving inventory.
• Make regular visits to credit customers to ensure business continuity and resolve outstanding issues.
• Handle escalated customer complaints relating to delays or issues with parts and re-dress grievances to maintain business continuity.
• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and develop for higher level roles.
