REAPHR in the UAE is urgently hiring a Male Arabic Cook for a luxury resort in Al Ain. Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Arabic cook in a luxury hotel/resort is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and traditional dishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Arabic dishes.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place efficiently.
• Follow approved recipes and hotel food standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
• Monitor ingredients and report stock levels.
