Responsibilities include welcoming residents, maintaining poolside setups, and ensuring cleanliness and safety. A strong candidate has experience in luxury settings, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to guest care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or residential properties.
• Knowledge of pool operations, safety, and basic first aid preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent personal presentation and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods while maintaining service excellence.
• Team player with a positive, proactive approach to guest care.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and well-attended.
• Prepare, arrange, and maintain poolside loungers, umbrellas, and towels to resort standards.
• Provide towels, refreshments, and amenities promptly while anticipating resident needs.
• Ensure pool and surrounding areas remain clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Assist with monitoring pool safety and adherence to health and hygiene protocols.
• Report maintenance issues or incidents immediately to supervisors.
• Support the service team during busy periods with coordination and guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of all property facilities and services to assist residents.
