Job summary

Waldorf Astoria Kuwait seeks a Recreational Attendant to warmly welcome guests and assist with pool and beach area needs. You will respond to requests promptly, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper registration before issuing resort property.

The role requires neat appearance, basic computer skills, and prior cashier/POS experience, with a focus on delivering excellent guest service in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience as cashier / POS.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a sincere and friendly welcome.
• Assist guests with pool/beach area needs.
• Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool/beach area and towel storage.
• Confirm guest registration prior to issuing resort property.
• Monitor inventory to minimize loss of resort property.

Skills
