Job summary

The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle is seeking a Kitchen Technician to manage maintenance across kitchen and laundry equipment. You will implement planned preventative maintenance, perform routine repairs, and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met in a luxury hotel setting.

Based in Dubai, you will coordinate with the hygiene team, read daily logs, and liaise with kitchen contractors to uphold high service and safety levels.

Qualifications

• Qualified in relevant engineering/maintenance discipline.
• Experience with kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Familiar with HACCP requirements.
• Ability to read logs and maintenance records.
• Strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Implement and schedule PPM for kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Follow local authority maintenance plans for laundry and kitchen gear.
• Maintain equipment logs and HACCP compliance.
• Coordinate with hygiene manager and supervise contractors.
• Perform routine repairs on electrical and gas kitchen equipment.
• Ensure safety features operate at peak efficiency.
