Job summary

The Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, part of Hilton, is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to uphold the hotel’s Forbes Five-Star standards. You will service guest rooms, public areas, and linen operations, respond to guest requests, and support Laundry duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service at all times.
• Clean, service, and replenish guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas in accordance with brand standards.
• Identify and report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Support availability and timely release of guest rooms with Floor Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Maintain control of housekeeping operations, including attendance and linen management.
• Review daily guest information and fulfill guest preferences and requests.
• Coordinate special guest requests such as floral arrangements and linen embroidery.
• Inspect uniforms and arrange cleaning/repair as required.
• Manage daily release and handling of guest laundry items.
• Provide coverage for Laundry Attendant duties when needed.
