Atlantis, Dubai, invites applications for an experienced Luggage Coordinator to join the Front Services team. You will manage guest luggage, coordinate tasks with Bellmen, and ensure timely delivery and dispatch in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and highly organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with ability to multitask.
• Experience in front services or luxury hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest luggage and assign related tasks to Bellmen.
• Optimize delivery and dispatch times to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Record, evaluate, and report daily operations to the Assistant Manager, Front Services.
• Provide five-star service in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
