Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a Program Manager to lead LTSS pre-procurement, readiness, and RFA/RFP response development, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong program performance.

You will oversee a team, develop budgets and operating plans, and collaborate with clinical, operational, network, and community teams to deliver person-centered services, with timely reporting and risk analysis. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing people, processes, or projects.
• Strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Medicaid managed care and LTSS programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-procurement, operational readiness, and RFA/RFP response development for LTSS programs.
• Oversee program performance, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage assigned team members, including supervision, evaluation, and administrative duties.
• Develop budgets and operating plans for the program.
• Collaborate across clinical, operational, network, and community-based teams to ensure person-centered service delivery.
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status and analyze risks.
