Job summary

Amazon Abu Dhabi is seeking a Logistics Supervisor with a passion for innovation, problem solving, and delivering world-class customer experiences. You will lead safe, efficient shifts, train Associates, and ensure orders are fulfilled to quality standards.

In this role you will balance labor allocation, coordinate with support functions, and push continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and safety training to improve performance and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to create a safe working environment and identify safety opportunities.
• Experience in managing and training associates to deliver good service.
• Ability to ensure orders are fulfilled per quality and safety guidelines.
• Capacity to adjust labor allocation to meet plans and forecasts.
