Job summary

ENOC is seeking a Shift Planner for its HETL Distribution operations in Dubai. The role handles clerical duties related to distribution, from receiving orders to dispatching deliveries, and coordinating with drivers and workshops to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will manage orders, validate accounts, and optimize scheduling based on vehicle and driver availability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years CERT / Diploma.
• 3–6 years’ experience.
• Competent in MS Office.
• Fluent in English writing and speaking; Arabic preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Experience with petroleum truck loading and petroleum products.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record customer orders; assign reference numbers.
• Validate accounts and enter orders with quantities and dates.
• Consolidate open orders for scheduling deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers on loading schedules and routes.
• Monitor deliveries and update customers on status.
• Ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues with resource constraints.
• Maintain daily site stock records for scheduling priorities.
• Coordinate with workshop for maintenance to reduce downtime.
