To manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. Develops operational plan for own department. Contributions to plan of the larger unit.

As a Logistics Senior Team leader - Logistics, you will be responsible for

• Developing and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on time pick up & delivery of goods.
• Managing Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans.
• Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
• Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
• Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
• Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.
• Leading a team and be responsible for their development.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Logistics).

Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Logistics.

Experience in Energy sector within the middle east

Experience in SAP and Transport Management system

Fluent in English
