Job summary

Baker Hughes Company in Dubai seeks a Sourcing Manager - Buying/Procurement to lead procurement activities and drive strategic supplier engagement. You will place and follow up on POs, manage supplier relationships for PO execution, and oversee scheduling changes in a dynamic energy services environment.

The role requires 5+ years in buying/procurement, strong communication and leadership skills, and proven program management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Buying-Procurement.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.
