Job summary

QI Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Logistics & Quality Coordinator to manage receiving, inspection, storage and dispatch of goods in our UAE operation. You will ensure shipments meet documents and quality standards, and stock is accurately recorded and stored.

The role collaborates with the Logistics team to apply FIFO/FEFO, perform cycle counts, and maintain ERP/WMS records in real time. Strong attention to detail and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or diploma required.
• 1–5 years of hands-on warehouse experience, including receiving or quality inspection.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and basic Excel.
• Ability to read and check shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, delivery notes).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound containers and local deliveries; check against packing lists, invoices, and POs; report discrepancies.
• Inspect incoming, outgoing and returned goods for defects; record findings in QC reports.
• Maintain stock levels; perform cycle counts and investigate variances.
• Keep storage areas organised, labeled, and compliant with FIFO/FEFO; operate warehouse equipment safely.
