Job summary

AbbVie Gulf-Levant Affiliate seeks a Logistic Coordinator to steer Logistic Planning within the Supply Chain, aligning demand forecasting with efficient logistics. The role requires strong analytical skills and robust Excel capabilities to optimize regional distribution.

You will manage the FOC policy process, track orders with global teams, and generate management reports while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or Pharma with regional exposure.
• Degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOC policy process from application to execution and reconciliation.
• Monitor distributors' sales reports and ensure stock reports are in format.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to validate figures and proof of delivery.
• Improve distributor engagement and set up integrated information exchange protocols.
• Reflect orders in internal tracker and coordinate with global supply teams.
