Job summary
Talabat UAE, part of Delivery Hero SE, seeks a leader to own the commercial and performance engine for UAE operations. You will understand margins, drive cost and efficiency trade-offs, and present data-backed recommendations to leadership.
In this role you will manage the KPI stack from forecast to actuals, lead optimization programs across network, and build dashboards in SQL (BigQuery) and Looker/Tableau to inform decisions and scale impact with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in operations, commercial, strategy, or consulting.
- Commercial instinct: understand how a business makes money.
- Strong data literacy, able to interrogate complex data and models.
- Executive presence: challenge and stand your ground with senior stakeholders.
- Financial modeling and P&L fluency; read and explain a model.
- SQL (BigQuery) and Looker/Tableau are a strong plus.
- Bias for ownership and follow-through; close the loop.
- Ready to grow into people leadership (1–2 reports).
Responsibilities
- Own the UAE commercial and P&L for operations.
- Manage the UAE KPI stack from forecast to actuals.
- Drive network optimization: rider economics and staffing.
- Build analyses and dashboards to translate complexity into clear insights.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects with senior leadership.
