Qualifications

• 2-4 years of work experience in a technical/data-driven environment.
• Excellent skills in SQL, Redshift and BigQuery.
• Excellent skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with Python.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization via Tableau.
• Able to proactively analyze big data to find trends and insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Help optimize our reporting structure and repeatable processes.
• Enhance KPI dashboards with a steady data flow.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Develop succinct, visual reporting materials.
• Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc strategic analyses from multiple data sources.
• Extract data from large sources (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).
• Document data sources and profile data with engineering teams.
• Contribute to design/maintenance of data models to measure performance.
• Propose enhancements to tooling and internal reporting processes.
• Collaborate to improve workflows and data tooling.
