Job summary

SB Middleeast is seeking an energetic logistics coordinator to manage day-to-day supply chain operations in Dubai, including purchase order fulfillment, shipment clearance, inventory reconciliation, and e-commerce shipping workflows (Amazon FBA, Noon FBN, and B2B orders). In addition you will need to work with our international partners to coordinate shipment planning and scheduling.

This role requires close coordination with warehouses, freight forwarders, and portal platforms to maintain

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or import/export operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) and internal tracking dashboards/tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and vendor invoices across e-commerce seller portals.
• Coordinate customs clearance and port documentation with freight forwarders and regulators.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse inbound/outbound shipments and marketplace fulfillment.
• Conduct stock reconciliations and coordinate cycle counts with warehouses.
