Job summary

Careers at UAE is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the allocation and maintenance of the vehicle and machinery fleet. The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with permit regulations.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating vehicle renewals, managing insurance applications, and maintaining log sheets of vehicle usage.

• Maintain and update the vehicle and machinery list and manage their allocation on daily basis.
• Coordinate vehicle renewals, insurance renewals, and any other permit applications.
• Ensure all the fleet undergo periodic maintenance.
• Maintain Log sheets of vehicle usage.
• Coordinate arrangement of material delivery, diesel distribution, waste collection & disposal from and to sites and respective authorities or suppliers.
