Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound activities across the UAE and the Middle East. You will ensure timely transportation, inventory accuracy, and customs compliance while coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customers.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in logistics coordination, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple shipments and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, freight forwarding, or warehouse operations.
• Experience handling import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience within the automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries and ensure on-time transportation.
• Prepare shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and customs documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and warehouse teams.
• Track shipment status and resolve transportation issues promptly.
• Manage inventory movement and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Coordinate with sales and procurement departments regarding stock availability and customer orders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company logistics procedures.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly logistics performance reports.
