Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of logistics coordination experience.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
• Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English.
• Preference for African or Egyptian candidates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment or reduction based on demand.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and export/import licenses.
• Track shipments and resolve issues during transit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers to negotiate rates and service.
• Prepare reports on logistics activities for management review.
