Responsibilities

• Understand transportation operations issues and identify improvement areas.
• Map requirements, study workflows, design solutions, and write specs.
• Develop and report performance metrics, forecasts and analyses.
• Deep dive into industry practices and apply data-driven solutions.
• Design and rollout enterprise programs for performance and cycle-time improvements.
• Monitor program performance daily.
• Create action plans to hit program targets.
• Manage ramp ups and scouting activities.
• Vendor management and coordination.
• Prepare daily performance summaries.
