Cloud Nine Human Resources Consultancy LLC in Dubai seeks a commercially driven Logistics BD & Operations Specialist to develop new business opportunities and manage destination logistics services, primarily in Saudi Arabia, with coverage across the UAE and wider GCC.

You will blend business development, customer acquisition, and hands-on operations, leveraging an established Saudi network and expertise in port clearance, customs, inland transport, and door-to-door delivery to meet sales targets

Formación

• Proven business development experience in freight forwarding or destination logistics.
• Established network of customers, customs brokers, and trucking providers in Saudi Arabia.
• 3–5 years hands-on freight forwarding, customs clearance, inland transportation, or logistics ops in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi ports and related procedures (Dammam, Jeddah).
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.

Hiring: Logistics BD & Operations Specialist – KSA Market

Location: Dubai, UAE

Travel: Frequent travel and short-term assignments in Saudi Arabia

Role Overview:

We are seeking a commercially driven, hands‑on Logistics BD & Operations Specialist to develop new business opportunities and manage destination logistics services, primarily in Saudi Arabia, with additional coverage across the UAE and wider GCC.

This role combines business development, customer acquisition, and logistics operations, with a strong emphasis on generating new business and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate should have an established network in the Saudi logistics market and practical experience in port clearance, customs procedures, inland transportation, and destination delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers, including traders, contractors, freight forwarders, and other potential clients, to expand the company's logistics business in Saudi Arabia.
• Customer & Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and develop long‑term customer accounts.
• Logistics Operations: Manage port clearance, customs procedures, cargo gate‑out, and port‑to‑door delivery operations across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Supplier Management: Coordinate with customs brokers, trucking companies, and other logistics service providers to ensure efficient and timely cargo delivery.
• Rate Negotiation: Source suppliers, negotiate competitive rates for trucking, customs clearance, and destination logistics services, and maintain an updated supplier and rate database.
• Documentation & Systems: Handle trade documentation and clearance processes through relevant platforms, including FASAH, SABER, and Dubai Trade.
• Commercial Quotations: Prepare competitive cost estimates and commercial quotations to support business development and secure new business.
• Regional Coordination: Travel to Saudi Arabia for port visits, customer meetings, supplier negotiations, and on‑site operational coordination as required.

Requirements:

• Proven business development experience in freight forwarding, destination logistics, or related logistics services, with a demonstrable track record of winning new customers and generating business.
• An established network of customers, customs brokers, and trucking service providers in Saudi Arabia.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, inland transportation, or logistics operations in the Middle East.
• Strong operational knowledge of Saudi ports, particularly Dammam and Jeddah, and the related customs clearance and cargo delivery procedures.
• Familiarity with FASAH, SABER, and Dubai Trade.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently and undertake short‑term assignments in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor's degree or a relevant diploma.
